So far so good! I bought this to replace another bag I got off of Amazon where the straps disintegrated within a month or two with normal use so I'm watching out for that with this one and will update this review if anything drastic happens (no news is good news!). The main bag itself seems of good quality - the zip doesn't full close the bag so you are able to get a hand in at either end underneath the zip. The lining is good quality and the colours are exactly as it is in the picture - mine is the pink metallic shade with gold accents. The bear is super cute but I work in London so he'd get so dirty if I left him on there so I took him off. I have a few clip on accessories I like to have on my handbag on the side which touch the ground as the bag isn't very high and the sides don't have a lot of support. I am able to fit my tablet and notepad for work, as well as various hygiene and such items and the book that I'm reading with plenty of room to spare. I haven't tried my 600ml water bottle yet but it looks like it should fit. There are a few pockets - the one for a phone would probably fit a iPhone 6C if you're lucky, but otherwise it's very small. There is a zipped up pocket and another standard pocket which are good for putting small things in. The make-up bag (second largest) I haven't used, but is the same good quality as the main bag. I don't think it has any pockets and is to scale as in the picture. I could easily fit my everyday makeup items in there but then I wouldn't have a lot of room in the handbag as it does take up about 50% of the space. I can see potential for using it separately if I am to go away somewhere. The coin purse (third largest) is good - I like the way the zip doubles as a lock as is of the same quality as the other bags. I keep all my coins and notes in there, as well as the card holder so I don't lose it. It fits really nicely in the main bag but is big enough that you can find it pretty easily, even if it is slightly camouflaged. The card holder (smallest) is okay - it is clearly just a bit of off cut material they've stuck some plastic card wallets in and a popper and called it a day. I've got my cards in there for now as it is useful for being able to see all your cards, but there aren't many holders for people like me who have every store card, plus my bank cards, plus my travel cards, plus other misc cards , so I only have what I need every day in it. I'm using it as my main purse and will update the review and stars accordingly if I encounter any problems sooner than I would expect from normal wear and tear.

At first I was disappointed with the cheapness of this bag, unlike the photos which make it look a lot better than it is. The little bear is particularly bad quality and it’s skirt is just chopped off and not sewn round the edge like in the pics. It’s also fraying badly at the back and it’s missing the little diamanté on the paws. The bear’s tiara has also been replaced with a metal bow which is just OK, nothing special and the roses are all in the same gold fabric as the skirt - not nice pink roses as advertised. :-( So, a little drab. However, teddy has a sweet face and I found myself feeling a little sorry for it! Lol. The card holder is by far the worse thing though, having no substance at all but made out of a thin off-cut of flimsy fabric and thin plastic sleeves that are not big enough to hold your cards securely; so that went straight in the bin. BUT... there are some pros which made me decide to keep this in the end... The overall look of these bags are growing on me. The size of the main one is big and deep and there’s room for just about everything and it has some pockets, which are useful. The fabric inside is quite substantial too and I like the whole ‘designer chain look’ and the metallic rose-gold colour, both of which are very appealing. The shoulder bag is quite small but roomy enough for carrying essentials such as keys, money and phone; again it’s in the same colour and design as the main bag and the matching detachable straps are a nice shiny rose-gold. There’s nice gold coloured metal on the chunky zips, clasps, rings etc which is very eye catching. The clutch purse with extra secure clasp, doubles as a makeup bag and is of the same lovely colour and design. So I’ve decided to keep them because the different sizes will be very useful. The price is about right for what you get though because it’s not expensively made and lacks the look of real quality. I bought new gold chain straps and revamped the teddy’s outfit with a new tutu and roses and diamanté gems - and it all looks a lot better. I also bought a new card holder because the one provided is not fit for purpose. Would I have bought these if I had seen them in the flesh? Probably not, because the quality looks to have gone down over the years and I’ve had to revamp it to get it to where I’m finally happy with it. UPDATE: With its new gold strap and revamped teddy, I actually got complimented on both the large handbag and little shoulder bag. They’re both perfect sizes for daytime and evening and the colour really is very attractive! However, if you’re looking for designer quality these are not the set for you but it does have a certain uniqueness in terms of practicality and cosmetic appeal. My husband thought my alterations made all the difference, turning it from ‘naff’ to ‘nice’ so there you have it!! Hope this review helps.

Needed a bag for a gift but on a tight budget, took a chance on this bag but was pleasantly surprised, very smart and with purse, card holder and shoulder straps. it also has a protective bag to store the bag in. the exterior is very attractive and eye catching. Good quality and will last a good while I am sure and for the price its is excellent. Arrived on time.

Bag is lovely and a good size with 3 different pockets, one has a zip. I was very disappointed with the purse as its literally just 1 zip so no individual pocket for notes/coins. I did however love the card holder.
